The location is truly superb, just a short stroll to major sights and luxury shopping. The room felt light and airy. The daily replenished mini bar was a delightful touch after a day of exploring. Management’s hospitality stood out, with the host offering help with luggage and showing remarkable kindness during a mishap with broken glass. On the downside, the Wi-Fi connection could be inconsistent at times, and the lift, while charming, was rather old-fashioned. Despite this, the experience was enjoyable overall.

Charming stay in the heart of Rome

Woke up to the delightful sound of laughter from a nearby café. The room was immaculately clean and had a quirky design that caught my eye every day. Best of all, the free mini bar was replenished daily—great for unwinding after sightseeing!

The only hiccup was the old lift, which felt a bit cramped and slow, especially after a long day of exploring. I eventually got used to it, but it can be a surprise for first-timers.

The confusing check-in process left me frustrated!!! The air conditioning struggled to keep up during the heat!!! Room keys were cumbersome to manage!!! I felt exposed using the glass bathroom enclosures—definitely not romantic!!!

Our stay was incredibly charming, especially the room that featured a massive whirlpool bath and lovely wood-beamed ceilings! The location was perfect, a short stroll from all major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved our large windows with a city view that really added to the atmosphere of being in Rome.

However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit erratic at times.
